Senior Director, People & Culture Leadership | World Vision (Remote, U.S.)
World Vision, a global Christian humanitarian organization, is hiring a Senior Director of People & Culture Leadership and Organizational Development. This senior-level, remote role provides strategic leadership for enterprise-wide organizational effectiveness and HR analytics through a Christian lens. Consequently, you will oversee the development and delivery of high-impact leadership programs and help carry out the organization’s mission to serve every child.
About the Role
As a core member of the HR Leadership Team, you will provide strategic leadership and direction for World Vision’s Learning & Organizational Development team. Furthermore, you will partner with senior leaders to increase agility, strengthen change capacity, and enhance organizational effectiveness. Therefore, your work will involve executive partnership and strategic alignment, ensuring a unified and holistic approach to talent, culture, and change leadership across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
A successful candidate will drive strategy and execution across several key areas. For instance, you will:
- Strategic Leadership & Team Management: Provide leadership and direction to the L&OD team, including hiring, coaching, and succession planning.
- Organizational Development & Change: Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide OD programs, including culture, employee experience, and talent lifecycle initiatives. In addition, you will lead change initiatives across the organization.
- HR Analytics & Partnerships: Oversee the use of workforce analytics to assess organizational needs and measure program effectiveness. Moreover, you will partner with analysts and senior leaders to drive data-informed change.
- Faith Integration: Lead enterprise-wide spiritual engagement initiatives and help integrate faith into the workplace culture.

Qualifications for Senior Director People & Culture
- Education: You must have a bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. However, a master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: You must have at least 10 years of progressive experience in organizational development or HR strategy, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or enterprise-level role.
- Work Authorization: You must have authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
- Travel: The role may require up to 10% travel.

The estimated hiring salary range is $140,220 – $161,000. Therefore, final compensation may vary depending on location, experience, and applicable laws.
