Your Role as a Remote Program Specialist: Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Program Specialist, you will take on these key responsibilities:
- Lead Community Operations: You will oversee the daily functions of the Food Systems Community, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality virtual learning events, and a continuously improving user experience on our Digital Collaborative Knowledge Platform.
- Establish Knowledge Management Services: You will develop and refine mechanisms for knowledge sharing, coordination, and monitoring across multi-country programs.
- Coordinate Capacity Development: Moreover, you will organize and facilitate impactful capacity-building workshops and learning events, actively capturing and disseminating valuable lessons learned.
- Drive Dissemination: Additionally, you will develop and implement strategies to promote the community, including social media engagement, event participation, and donor proposals.

- Proven Experience: You should have a minimum of 5 years (with a Master’s degree) or 7 years (with a Bachelor’s degree) working with food and agricultural commodities.
