CARE International Remote Management Role

Job Overview

CARE International Remote Management Role | Global

Now hiring: a remote management role at CARE International. To begin with, this is a call to action for experienced humanitarian and development professionals. As a global leader dedicated to fighting poverty and social injustice, CARE continuously seeks skilled individuals to lead its programs. Ultimately, a remote management role provides strategic oversight and support to field teams from a central location. This work ensures the effective delivery of life-saving programs and long-term development initiatives around the world.

About the Role

CARE International is a global confederation of 16 member organizations working in over 100 countries. In short, the organization focuses on a range of issues, including, for example, emergency response, gender equality, and food security. Remote management roles are, therefore, vital for CARE to manage its globally dispersed operations. In this role, you will often lead a specific program or a functional area. Accordingly, you will need a high level of autonomy and the ability to manage complex projects and diverse teams from a distance. As a result, the work becomes impactful, strategic, and essential to CARE’s mission.
