The Role: Elevating Client Engagement as a Business Development Support Specialist

The Business Development Support Specialist is instrumental in fostering strong client relationships and promoting Integreon’s brand. Concurrently, this role requires a blend of organizational prowess, communication finesse, and strategic thinking. Therefore, you will contribute directly to the effectiveness of business development initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and impactful client interactions.

Key Responsibilities: Driving BD Success

This specialist will undertake a variety of critical duties, including:

First, maintaining accurate client action plans, comprehensive CRM records, and essential engagement metrics to track progress effectively.
Next, coordinating client events from inception to completion, encompassing all necessary materials and diligent follow-up communications.
In addition, drafting and meticulously editing a diverse range of client-facing materials. This includes, for instance, professional bios, compelling pitches, informative newsletters, and engaging social media posts.
Moreover, supporting both internal and external Business Development (BD) communications, ensuring clarity and consistency across all channels.
