Your Strategic Role as a Strategy Manager in the USA

As a vital member of the Strategy & Delivery Unit, you’ll put IRC’s strategic vision into action. This Strategy Manager USA position, therefore, involves diverse projects. These range from measuring organizational performance to finding solutions for rapid growth in our program offices. Ultimately, you help IRC deliver greater impact for over 30 million people affected by conflict and crisis worldwide.

This exciting role, consequently, demands strong strategic problem-solving skills. You also need excellent interpersonal skills and high personal initiative. Key Responsibilities for this Strategy Manager Position
