Your Senior Program Assistant Opportunity in London
As a Senior Program Assistant, you’ll provide essential administrative and organizational support to our team leaders. You will manage their complex schedules. In addition, you’ll coordinate daily operations and drive administrative projects. What a Senior Program Assistant Does
As a key Program Assistant in our London office, your responsibilities will include:
- Master of Organization: Skillfully manage complex calendars for 4-6 principals. Specifically, this involves coordinating meetings across multiple time zones – a core task for a Program Assistant. You’ll also work with internal and external partners, including VIPs, grantees, government officials, and consultants.
