About This Role: Make a Mark, Define Success in Cybersecurity Product Marketing

As the Senior Director, Product Marketing, you’ll take the clear lead in cybersecurity product marketing leadership. You’ll make and use full product marketing plans for our new and old products. First and most important, you’ll guide efforts to bring our best cyber asset attack surface management (CAASM) tool to market and show its value. Also, you’ll manage our exciting new products for cloud apps, user identity, software, and fixing security weak spots. This key job, therefore, offers you a great chance to:

What You’ll Do: Key Tasks for Cybersecurity Product Marketing Leadership

Setting Cybersecurity Product Marketing Strategy & Understanding the Market

You will, to start, set the main product marketing plan. This means picking who to sell to, making strong reasons to buy, and building clear ways to talk about our products. Furthermore, you’ll plan full ways to launch products to market for both new and old items.

Next, you’ll do deep market research, see what rivals are doing, and get customer feedback. Your main goal, therefore, is to find chances, learn what buyers truly need, and then guide product design and marketing plans well.

Crafting Cybersecurity Product Marketing Messages & Content

You will make strong and unique product facts, messages, and reasons to buy. Always make sure they truly connect with buyers and show the special benefits of our security tools.

Also, you’ll guide the making of useful marketing content. This includes website words, reports, customer success stories, talks, online classes, videos, and many other items. In the end, these will strongly help our sales team and greatly help get new customers.

Leading Cybersecurity Product Launches & Sales Support

You will lead the planning and doing of good product launches. Make sure everything works well across different teams and that talks are very clear for everyone, both inside and outside the company.

Also, you’ll make and give good training guides, tools, and help for sales. Give the sales team the knowledge and tools they truly need to sell our products well.

Growing Demand & Teamwork for Cybersecurity Product Marketing

You will work closely with the team that creates customer interest. Together, make and launch specific marketing efforts that always get leads and strongly boost our sales chances.

Plus, you’ll build, teach, and lead a strong group of product marketing experts. Help create a team spirit that works well together and really aims for great results.

You will set up clear goals to track how well product marketing efforts are working. Then, you’ll carefully use data to make things better.

Finally, you’ll work very closely with product design, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams. This key teamwork makes sure everything lines up for good market launch plans.


What We Need: Your Skills for Cybersecurity Product Marketing

Your Background & Knowledge in Cybersecurity Product Marketing

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or another tech field is best. An MBA or similar past work is a good bonus.
  • Lots of Experience: You’ll need at least 12 years of experience in product marketing. A strong background in cybersecurity, managing data, making apps, and/or IT tasks is, therefore, very important. You’ll bring deep cybersecurity product marketing leadership experience.
  • Proof of Success: You’ve clearly shown you can make and use good message plans. Indeed, these plans always help sales training, product launches, and strong income growth.
  • Own Products: You’ve fully owned product marketing tasks for a whole group of products before. Also, you have clear past examples of helping business-to-business (B2B) companies grow very fast.

Pay & Benefits: We Invest in You

We promise fair and equal pay. A candidate’s pay will, of course, depend on their skills and past work. Besides a good salary, our packages include stock options, good benefits, and a yearly bonus.

Yearly Pay Range (does not include bonus or stock): $250,000—$300,000 USD Please note: this pay range is for the whole country; however, there might be some flexibility for New York, Washington, and California.
