Your Role as a Remote Customer Service Professional
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, you directly connect with customers from your home. You’ll primarily engage with individuals via inbound and outbound calls, and sometimes through web interactions. - Assist with troubleshooting medical devices, guiding members through solutions.

- Navigate multiple systems efficiently to provide accurate information swiftly.

What You’ll Bring to This Remote Customer Service Role
