Your Daily Impact as a Remote Call Center Agent
As a Remote Call Center Agent, your main job involves talking to donors and people who might donate through phone calls that you make. Above all, these conversations must be positive, friendly, and excited. Your main goal, therefore, is to make the connection between the nonprofit and its kind supporters stronger.
Specifically, you will:
- Talk with donors across the United States, sharing important news from clients about their helpful work.
- Get money gifts from donors and potential donors for MDS Communications’ clients.

Your Skills and Requirements
To do well in this remote role, certain things you need and skills you have are very important. First and foremost, you should have at least one year of good experience selling things over the phone (outbound calls). Additionally, MDS prefers people with past experience raising money over the phone.
Beyond that, applicants must have:
- A strong wired internet connection for dependable service.
- Furthermore, a quiet place at home to work, free from normal household noise.
- Basic computer skills and knowing how to use computers.
