Director, Integrated Partnerships

USA for UNHCR is seeking a Director, Integrated Partnerships to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for its Integrated Partnerships Team. Key Responsibilities for this Integrated Partnerships Role

  • First and foremost, collaborate to provide dynamic and innovative leadership for all integrated partnership efforts. This supports the development of a corporate, gifts-in-kind, and foundation strategy and pipeline.
  • Furthermore, the Director, Integrated Partnerships will lead the development and implementation of efficient internal systems and processes. This streamlines partnership operations, enhances team productivity, oversees partner recognition processes, and ensures timely project delivery for integrated partnerships.
  • In addition, provide leadership in identifying, developing, and implementing new philanthropic products and partnership opportunities. This creates exponential and transformational growth. There is a clear focus on deliverable opportunities for the next 3-5 years, strengthening our approach to integrated partnerships.
  • Beyond that, develop and implement reporting systems. These systems track integrated partnership performance, analyze key metrics, and present insights for decision-making regarding integrated partnerships.
  • Concurrently, collaborate with advocacy, communications, and other departments. This creates efficient workflows and positions the organization as a thought leader in private sector engagement and integrated partnership development.
  • Together with the Senior Director, co-develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the Partnerships Department. This includes annual goal-setting, resource allocation, and operational priorities for effective integrated partnerships.
  • On a daily basis, manage a Department Coordinator and Partner Recognition Manager. Likewise, provide informal leadership and advice to relationship managers engaged in integrated partnerships.
  • Crucially, lead the assessment and implementation of systems and tools. These tools support partner identification, solicitation, and stewardship. This ensures alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency for integrated partnerships.
  • Finally, provide regular updates and performance reports on all integrated partnership efforts, outcomes, and departmental progress. These go to leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure transparency and alignment across all integrated partnerships.

Qualifications for a Director, Integrated Partnerships

Compensation

The compensation for this position is $141,265 – $169,518.


Work Location
