This Role: Your Mission as a CRM Solutions Architect
The CRM Solutions Architect works closely with the Senior Manager, Solutions Architecture, and joins the CRM team. Your main focus is creating personal, cross-channel solutions. Specifically, this involves integrating data, business rules, and AI models across various customer points. Ultimately, your key aim is to give customers a lively and helpful experience. Key Responsibilities for This Solutions Architect
Lead Solution Design & Development
- Lead workshops to find solutions. Then, create clear business, working, and tech rules.
- Additionally, you will manage all CRM systems and how they connect, from start to finish.
- Find and fix tech issues. Moreover, suggest solutions that can grow and are easy to maintain.
- Help teams work together and understand each other. Indeed, you’ll turn big plans into working models and designs. Finally, show these to both business and tech teams.
Enhance Experian’s Marketing Tech Stack
- Build data models, change data forms, create data structures, and map out how data and processes flow. These are important to support CRM marketing, create audience groups, and organize info for both on- and off-property efforts.
- Furthermore, design and build data, process, and software solutions. Ultimately, these will boost and connect with Experian’s marketing and ad tech tools.
Drive Innovation & Best Practices
- Set up and share rules for how things should be built, data standards, and solution guides.
- Work with developers, data engineers, and product/marketing teams. This teamwork makes sure the design and tech setup for everything, from start to finish, is right for:
- Personal customer paths, automatic messages, and marketing campaigns.
- Making signals and adding tags across the D2C platform.
- Getting permission for data and following opt-in/out rules.
- Creating audience groups and ways to sort info.
- Projects that help organize audience groups for your own use and for others.
- Show your solution designs. Also, share how much it will cost or take to set up, and what benefits it will bring.
- Make sure choices about solutions are based on data. Plus, check that the way solutions are built is guided by facts, key numbers, and clear results.
- Look at whether to build or buy systems. Then, figure out the costs versus benefits. Lastly, show different ways to approach solutions.
- Design ways to make CRM tasks more automatic and better. These ideas will help use AI models and data-driven customer messages even more.
- Look at the newest CRM marketing technologies and services. On top of that, lead industry development presentations.
- Try out new tools and put them into the current Marketing Tech system. Then, help others start using these tools.
- Heads up: This job fits Pacific time zone work hours. You will also take part in an on-call schedule.
What You Bring: Skills for a CRM Solutions Architect
You will need:
- Seven or more years helping build marketing tech and customer data solutions.
- Three or more years working as a Solutions Architect.
- Strong knowledge of big company customer data, email tools, ad tech, and personalizing experiences.
- Very good at creating customer paths, managing campaigns, and setting up marketing systems.
- Know a lot about big customer data systems and online marketing tech.
- Very skilled in data building with SQL, Python, and connecting through APIs. Indeed, these are key.
- Experience taking ideas from start to finish for multi-channel online marketing and CRM programs.
